About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, practical site knowledge, and the ability to develop innovative interior concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and space planning layouts.
- Create 2D drawings, working drawings, and presentation boards.
- Prepare 3D models and realistic renders.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare BOQs and project documentation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction details, and furniture design.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
- Experience in residential and commercial interiors.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
