Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements shared by the company/client
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, etc.
- Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates till joining
- Maintain candidate data and avoid profile duplicacy
- Share daily/weekly recruitment updates
Requirements
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is an added advantage
- Own laptop and internet connection
