Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement & Sales Executive to support our sourcing, vendor management, customer relationship, and international business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a long-term career in procurement, supply chain, and global trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Source pharmaceutical ingredients, chemicals, and related products from domestic and international suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support account development activities.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and professional business correspondence.
- Conduct market research and maintain supplier and product databases.
- Support customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of business requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Vendor Development, Business Development, or related functions.
- Excellent English communication and professional email-writing skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based research.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Industry Background
Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Food Ingredients, Nutraceuticals, API, Excipients, Industrial Products, or International Trade.
