*Job Overview:*
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide software implementation, troubleshooting, and client support for our SaaS-based products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and basic technical knowledge to assist clients effectively.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Provide technical support to clients via call, email, and remote sessions
- Handle software implementation and client onboarding
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with the development team for bug reporting and issue tracking
- Train clients on software features and functionalities
- Maintain support tickets and client records
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow up with clients regarding pending issues and updates
*Required Skills:*
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of software applications and databases
- Knowledge of remote support tools
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Basic SQL or technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, or related field
- Experience in SaaS product support or software implementation preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
