We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for US clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment for Direct Clients and Implementation Partners
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers
Negotiate salaries/rates and close positions within deadlines
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process
Experience working with job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed
Knowledge of US work authorizations: H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN Visa, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Comfortable working in US shift/night shift
Preferred:
Experience with ATS tools and recruitment CRM systems
Strong vendor/client management skills
