Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Finance Executive to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting overall financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP
Prepare and manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
Taxation & Compliance:
Preparation and filing of TDS returns and ensuring timely compliance
Knowledge of GST filing, input credit reconciliation, and returns
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit support
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Generate MIS reports for management decision-making
Audit & Documentation:
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Maintain proper financial documentation and records
Ensure audit readiness and compliance
Excel & Data Handling:
Use advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
Prepare financial dashboards and reports
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP systems
Good understanding of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,871.23 - ₹35,227.35 per month
