Bachelor's degree in any stream.
1-2 years of experience in an office administration or coordination role. Exposure to IT & ITES industry is a big plus point.
Knowledge of IT hardware like laptops, desktops, CCTV cameras, printers, servers etc. is an advantage.
Act as a primary coordination point for customer communication regarding support requests and status updates.
Coordinate day-to-day customer support activities across assigned accounts and teams.
Coordinate with Support Engineers, Field Teams, Logistics, Projects, and Operations teams.
Ensure timely assignment and closure of support tickets/service requests.
Monitor open calls and follow up with internal teams for resolution.
Monitor team workload distribution and highlight resource constraints.
Escalate critical customer concerns to appropriate management levels.
Ensure smooth execution of preventive and corrective support activities.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Support retention and customer experience initiatives.
Maintain service schedules and internal tracking systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support performance reports.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
