We are looking for a qualified the Outbound Operations Analyst is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, and financial control of outbound transportation and third‑party logistics (3PL) operations for fininished vehicle movement in a high‑volume automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on optimizing transportation networks, ensuring on‑time delivery aligned with production schedules, managing carrier performance, and driving continuous cost and service improvements through data‑driven analysis.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Transportation Planning & 3PL Management
- Design and model transportation networks to optimize total landed cost while meeting service and production requirements.
- Develop transportation plans based on volume forecasts, RANs (Release Authorization Numbers), and master production schedules.
- Align inbound and outbound transportation planning with plant production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Analyze carrier portfolios to assess capacity, lane coverage, cost competitiveness, and risk exposure.
