Software Tester / QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)
Digital International Intermesh Pvt. Ltd. (diipl) is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our technology team in Noida. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our enterprise SaaS products, including CRM, ERP, HRMS, and workflow-based applications.

Job Title: Software Tester / QA Engineer (Development Tester)
Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Experience: 5-10 Years
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- ISTQB or Automation Testing certifications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution
Design, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UAT, and Performance Testing.
Ensure complete test coverage for business requirements and product enhancements.
Prepare testing reports and communicate progress with stakeholders.
Enterprise Application Testing
Test and validate in-house SaaS applications including CRM, HRMS, ERP, and workflow-based platforms.
Verify end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and application workflows.
Conduct cross-module testing to ensure seamless functionality.
Automation Testing
Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Build and maintain automated regression test suites.
Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.
API & Database Testing
Validate REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Perform database validation using SQL.
Verify data integrity across applications and integrations.
Defect Management
Log, track, prioritize, and verify defects using Jira or similar tools.
Coordinate closely with development teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure defects are resolved before release.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders during Agile sprints.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes, testing methodologies, and software quality standards.
