The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing the complete Human Resource and Administrative functions of the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective workforce management. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance management, office administration, staff welfare, and coordination between management and employees. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
* Identify manpower requirements in coordination with Director & HR Head.
* Prepare job descriptions and recruitment plans
* Source candidates through portals, consultants, references, and internal databases
* Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final interviews with management
* Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
* Maintain recruitment reports and employee database
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
* Conduct employee orientation and induction programs
* Explain company policies, rules, and code of conduct
* Ensure proper documentation of new employees
* Coordinate joining formalities, ID cards, uniforms, and departmental allocation
3. Attendance, Payroll Management
* Monitor daily attendance and leave records
* Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts department
* Maintain overtime, shift schedules, and attendance systems
* Handle leave approvals and employee attendance discrepancies
* Ensure timely salary processing and statutory deductions
4. HR Policies & Compliance
* Implement company HR policies and procedures
* Maintain employee personal files and confidential records
* Assist management in policy formulation and implementation
6. Performance Management
* Coordinate employee performance evaluation processes
* Monitor employee productivity and discipline
* Assist department heads in appraisal systems
* Maintain performance records and HR reports
B. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Office Administration
* Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
* Supervise housekeeping, pantry, office boys, and security staff
* Maintain office discipline and administrative standards
* Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure
2. Facility & Asset Management
* Maintain office assets, furniture, systems, and inventory
* Monitor office utilities and maintenance activities
* Coordinate repair and maintenance work
* Ensure proper utilization and safety of company assets
3. Vendor & Purchase Management
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Handle office purchases and procurement activities
* Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers
* Maintain purchase records and vendor database
4. Travel & Logistics Coordination
* Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation
* Coordinate visa/documentation support if required
* Manage guest hospitality and official visit arrangements
5. Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain all administrative records and files
* Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports
* Draft official letters, notices, circulars, and memos
* Coordinate with employees for their daily reports
* Maintain the Master Task Sheet on day to day basis and keep the copy ready as & when
required by the Director
Pay: ₹10,950.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
