Job Summary
Servokon Systems Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
· Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
· Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
· Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
· Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
· Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and customer support.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
· Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
· Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.
· Experience in B2B calling will be an added advantage.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
