Position: CNC Wood Router Operator (3 Axis)
Required Skills & Knowledge:
✅ Must know complete operation of 3 Axis CNC Wood Router
✅ Machine setting, job loading & unloading
✅ CNC program running and basic troubleshooting
✅ Knowledge of NK105 Controller
✅ Knowledge of NC Studio Controller
✅ Tool selection, tool changing & tool setting
✅ Knowledge of cutting tools (End Mill, V-Bit, Ball Nose, etc.)
✅ Material knowledge:
- MDF
- Plywood
- Solid Wood
- Acrylic & other sheet materials
✅ Understand feed rate, spindle speed & cutting depth
✅ Maintain machine accuracy and quality output
✅ Basic maintenance & machine safety knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
