About the Role
We are an authorized passenger vehicle dealership operating in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accessories Incharge to lead and manage the accessories division at our Thane showroom.
This is a key revenue-generating role that sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer experience. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive accessories, vendor management, and the ability to drive accessories revenue through the sales team and direct customer interaction.
What You Will Do

Own and manage the end-to-end accessories business at the dealership - from procurement to fitment to billing

Drive accessories sales by coordinating with the vehicle sales team to upsell accessories at the time of vehicle delivery and booking

Maintain optimum stock levels of accessories - genuine, approved, and value-added products

Liaise with OEM-approved vendors and suppliers for pricing, availability, and quality control

Oversee installation and fitment quality, ensuring work is carried out by trained technicians to brand standards

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accessories revenue, margins, and stock movement

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to accessories with prompt resolution

Train the sales team on accessories product knowledge and upselling techniques

Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records

Ensure the accessories display area is well-merchandised, clean, and visually appealing at all times
What We Are Looking For

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred

3 to 6 years of experience in an accessories role within an automobile dealership or automotive retail environment

Strong knowledge of car accessories - genuine parts, body kits, seat covers, infotainment systems, alloy wheels, protection films, and related products

Proven track record of achieving accessories revenue targets

Good vendor management and negotiation skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory and billing

Proficient in MS Excel and dealership management software (DMS)

Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate with a small team

Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
