Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and ensuring work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site activities .
- Coordinate with the project coordinator and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools at the site.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain site reports, including progress updates and any on-site issues.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors as required.
- Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed at the site.
- Travel to various project sites across Kerala as per the company’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in a site supervision role.
- Strong ability to read and understand 2D technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively
Pay: ₹18,000.01 - ₹30,397.48 per month
