Manager to build and manage lead generation systems across multiple business verticals.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for:
Amazon Seller Services
GST Business Services
Real Estate Projects
Recruitment & Workforce Hiring
Generate quality leads through:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
LinkedIn Marketing
WhatsApp Marketing
SEO & Organic Campaigns
Manage and improve lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion flow
Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams for lead distribution and follow-ups
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates
Build audience targeting strategies for Indian markets
Create and manage marketing content, creatives, and promotional campaigns
Handle social media branding and online reputation management
Work with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
Requirements:
Strong experience in digital lead generation and performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies
Experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work in fast-paced and target-driven environment
Good communication and coordination abilities
Execution-focused mindset with problem-solving approach
