- OT Preparation & Maintenance: Ensure the operation theatre is sterile, functional, and fully equipped before and after procedures.
- Patient Care & Support: Receive patients, verify documents, and provide psychological support.
- Surgical Assistance: Act as a scrub or circulating technician/nurse, assisting doctors during IVF procedures such as OPU (Ovum Pick Up) and embryological transfers.
- Sample Handling: Collect, label, and transport tissue/blood samples securely to the laboratory.
- Infection Control: Maintain strict adherence to disinfection protocols and NABH standards to ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and troubleshoot IVF-specific medical equipment, and ensure proper supply of medical gases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: BSc in Operating Theatre Technology, GNM, or BSc Nursing.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in an IVF clinic, fertility center, or obstetrics/gynecology unit.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in sterilization techniques, assisted reproductive technology (ART) protocols, and handling, storing, or updating data in IVF-related software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to handle high-stress situations.
