OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Front-End Developer resource to execute front-end development across Grant Thornton U.S. digital platforms.
In this role, you will deliver scalable, high-performance, and accessible web experiences, including responsive modules, landing pages, and personalization initiatives. You will work closely with UX designers, product stakeholders, and U.S.-based teams to translate requirements into high-quality digital solutions.
This role combines hands-on development, platform ownership, and optimization, with responsibility for ensuring on-time delivery, strong performance, accessibility compliance, and continuous improvement of the digital experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front-End Development & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end front-end development for web modules, landing pages, and enhancements within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Develop custom components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring scalability, performance, and accessibility
Personalization & Optimization
- Execute website personalization and segmentation initiatives using Adobe Target
- Design and implement A/B testing strategies to improve engagement and conversion
- Develop and execute ongoing optimization plans based on performance insights
Platform Ownership & Operations
- Support OneTrust privacy implementation and updates across the website
- Support AEM access management and content administration processes
- Ensure site operations run smoothly, with defined and met SLAs
Delivery Management & Collaboration
- Lead project delivery from requirement gathering through development, UAT, and deployment
- Author user stories, manage enhancement requests, and resolve functional and technical issues
- Collaborate with UX, analytics, and marketing stakeholders across global teams
Standards & Continuous Improvement
- Define and promote front-end development best practices and standards
- Ensure alignment with brand, accessibility, and compliance requirements
- Provide training and guidance on digital experience tools and capabilities
