Job Overview
Wings Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and effective Spoken English Teacher who can help students improve their English communication, fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, confidence, and professional speaking skills.
The trainer should be capable of teaching students from different educational backgrounds and helping them become confident English speakers for interviews, higher education, aviation, hospitality, travel, tourism, customer service, and professional careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Spoken English and Communication Skills classes for students.
- Train students in English speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, grammar and sentence formation.
- Improve students’ fluency, pronunciation, articulation and conversational English.
- Conduct practical speaking activities such as:
- Group discussions
- Role plays
- Situational conversations
- Presentations
- Extempore speaking
- Debates
- Public speaking exercises
- Interview simulations
- Teach students how to communicate confidently in professional and workplace environments.
- Develop students’ personality, confidence, body language and interpersonal communication skills.
- Train students in telephone etiquette, customer interaction and professional English.
- Prepare students for job interviews and HR interview rounds.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback for improvement.
- Help students prepare professional self-introductions and interview responses.
- Identify individual students’ weaknesses in English and provide appropriate corrective training.
- Correct grammatical, pronunciation and vocabulary errors in a constructive manner.
- Encourage students to communicate in English regularly during classroom activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom exercises, assignments and speaking activities.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure students’ progress in speaking and communication.
- Maintain student attendance, performance and academic progress records.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams regarding students requiring additional training.
- Assist students in developing communication skills suitable for careers in aviation, airport operations, hospitality, hotel management, travel and tourism, cruise lines and customer service.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined and interactive classroom environment.

- Passion for teaching and student development.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Communication, Humanities or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with professional qualifications or certifications in English Language Training, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, Communication Skills or Soft Skills Training will be preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Spoken English Teacher, English Trainer, Communication Skills Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer or Personality Development Trainer is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional English communication skills and strong teaching capabilities may also be considered.

Key Objective of the Role
The primary objective of the Spoken English Teacher will be to ensure that students completing their training at Wings Institute can communicate confidently and professionally in English and are well prepared for interviews, workplace communication and customer-facing careers.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
