Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products and services
* Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
* Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries
* Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
* Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for lead conversion
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage)
* Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
