WE ARE LOOIKING FOR CANDIATE WITH FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Conduct induction and skill training for new and existing employees.
- Coordinate technical and process training with department heads.
- Monitor employee discipline, engagement, and statutory HR compliance.
- Identify training needs and maintain training records and effectiveness.
- Support management in building a productive and positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, training, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HRMS/ERP systems, and MS Office.
Preferred:
- Experience in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical manufacturing.
- Ability to train shop-floor employees and office staff on company processes.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
