This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Executive role based at the Ghaziabad campus. The Administrative Executive will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with academic and support staff. The role involves assisting with student inquiries, admissions-related documentation, and front-desk responsibilities to ensure a smooth experience for students and visitors. The Administrative Executive will support senior management with executive administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing calendars, and arranging meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support leadership and daily office operations.
- Proficiency in General Administration, including record keeping, scheduling, and coordination of campus activities.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and the ability to learn institutional systems.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an educational institution or administrative role is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
