Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team at our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will help streamline sales operations, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Follow up with clients on inquiries, orders, and payments
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations teams
- Track sales performance and assist in forecasting
- Schedule meetings and manage communication between sales executives and clients
- Ensure timely processing of orders and documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Based in Delhi or willing to work from the Delhi office
