- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients, including large organizations, insurance providers, and other relevant institutions.
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, identifying, and pursuing potential clients in the corporate sector.
- Manage and maintain existing corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
- Act as a liaison between corporate clients and hospital management to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients, ensuring that agreements meet both client needs and the hospital’s goals.
- Organize and conduct presentations and meetings with corporate clients to promote hospital services and programs.
- Work closely with the marketing and operational teams to create customized healthcare solutions and packages for corporate clients.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in hospital promotional events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.
