Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all HR records are updated and confidential.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Process employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate with the Accounts department for salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures as per company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain HRIS, employee master data, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and recruitment status reports.
- Manage employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement, and exit interviews.
- Liaise with government departments and external agencies for statutory compliance.
- Assist in preparing HR budgets, manpower planning, and policy implementation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational data.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate statutory and HR records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or General Manager.
PF & ESIC Responsibilities
- Manage employee registration under EPF and ESIC.
- Generate and verify UAN and ESIC IP numbers for new employees.
- Upload and update employee details on the EPFO and ESIC portals.
- Prepare and verify monthly PF and ESIC contribution data.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate PF and ESIC deductions.
- Assist employees with UAN activation, KYC updates, nominee details, and account corrections.
- Guide employees regarding PF withdrawals, transfers, pension claims, and ESIC benefits.
- Maintain statutory records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labour compliance.
- Coordinate inspections and respond to notices from EPFO and ESIC authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Reconcile PF and ESIC challans with payroll records.
- Keep updated with changes in EPF, ESIC, and labour legislation and implement them in HR processes.
