About the Role
This role involves interacting with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Qualify and assess leads based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Meet productivity and quality standards established by the organization.
- Adhere to shift schedules and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Versant Level 4 or equivalent communication proficiency is preferred.
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts based on business requirements, including:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
