About the Job
Platinum Hospitals is looking for an experienced Medical Superintendent to provide group-level leadership for clinical administration, medical governance, quality, patient safety, statutory compliance, and coordination across its hospital network.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee clinical and medical administration across hospital units
* Ensure quality of patient care, clinical governance, and patient safety
* Supervise consultants, RMOs, nursing, and other clinical departments
* Monitor clinical protocols, mortality/morbidity reviews, and medical audits
* Ensure NABH standards and continuous quality improvement
* Oversee medico-legal matters, MRD, consent, documentation, and clinical compliance
* Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance applicable to hospital operations
* Coordinate with Unit Heads, Medical Administrators, Quality Teams, and Hospital Management
* Standardize clinical policies and protocols across the group
* Support recruitment, credentialing, privileging, and performance review of medical professionals
* Conduct periodic visits and clinical reviews across all hospital units
* Represent medical administration during audits, inspections, and regulatory matters
Eligibility
* MBBS mandatory
* MD / MS / DNB with Hospital Administration / MHA qualification preferred
* Senior-level experience in medical administration of multi-speciality / super-speciality hospitals
* Strong knowledge of NABH, clinical governance, medico-legal matters, statutory compliance, and hospital operations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills
* Experience handling multiple hospital units will be preferred
Location
Group-Level Position – Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd.
Based at Head Office, Thane, with periodic visits to all hospital units.
Salary
₹2.50 Lakh – ₹3.50 Lakh per month, based on qualification, experience, and overall suitability.
