Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining professional communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products and services effectively
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and follow-up with prospects
Generate and qualify leads
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
Confident and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage
