The Role
We are looking for an AI Native Engineer who can design, build, and ship intelligent features end-to-end. This is not a pure ML or data science role. You will own backend services, build frontend interfaces, architect LLM and RAG pipelines, and deploy on cloud infrastructure. You think in systems, write production code, and treat AI as a core tool — not an afterthought.
What You'll Do
▸ Design and ship AI-powered features end-to-end — from LLM orchestration to user-facing UI
▸ Build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
▸ Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI / Flask) or Node.js
▸ Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js / Next.js / TypeScript
▸ Integrate and manage vector databases — Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate
▸ Deploy services on AWS / Azure / GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
▸ Own code quality, observability, and production reliability for every feature you ship
▸ Collaborate with product and design to prototype and iterate on AI-driven experiences rapidly
What We're Looking For
Must-have requirements:
▸ 2–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience
▸ Production experience with LLMs — RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or AI agents (not tutorials)
▸ Solid backend: Python or Node.js, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases
▸ Frontend skills: React.js / Next.js, TypeScript, API integration
▸ Cloud experience — AWS, Azure, or GCP — with Docker and deployment pipelines
▸ Minimum 1 year continuous tenure at current or most recent employer
▸ No unexplained employment or education gaps
▸ Immediate joiner or notice period of 30 days or less
Good to have:
▸ Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI
▸ LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, or MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience
▸ MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, model monitoring, CI/CD for ML
▸ Strong competitive programming profile — LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef
▸ Open-source contributions or deployed AI projects with GitHub / live links
