Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The candidate should be organized, punctual, and able to assist staff in maintaining smooth workplace functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the office premises daily
- Assisting in day-to-day office activities
- Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required
- Handling filing, photocopying, scanning, and movement of documents
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office areas
- Supporting administrative and housekeeping-related tasks
- Assisting in courier handling and delivery of documents
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and pantry items
- Providing basic operational support to departments as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
- Basic communication skills
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Prior office support experience preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
