About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our after-sales service operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service operations and field technicians.
- Allocate and monitor service calls and pending jobs.
- Ensure timely complaint resolution and service TAT.
- Handle customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate installations, repairs, warranty claims and replacements.
- Manage spare-parts follow-up and brand/service-centre coordination.
- Monitor technician productivity and service quality.
- Lead the team and prepare service performance reports.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
Relevant experience in Electronics & Home Appliances / Consumer Durables after-sales service is compulsory.
Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
