Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of training programs and office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student records, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate training schedules, classrooms, and trainers.
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Assist with admissions, registrations, and certificate preparation.
- Maintain office files, supplies, and records.
- Support training events and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (training/education industry preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Skills:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
