- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years experience in Steel Fabrication, CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and verify them against drawings, specifications, and purchase requirements.
- Check dimensions using instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
- Prepare inspection reports, dimensional reports, and other quality-related documents.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of machined components.
- Ability to identify and analyze quality issues and Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports under supervision
- Ensure machine performance as per quality standards.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Preferred candidate profile : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
