Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering ERP solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business processes.
The role requires strong project management skills, ERP expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to work closely with business users, implementation partners, and senior management to ensure successful project execution and adoption.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Project Management
- Lead ERP implementation projects from planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
Business Process Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements through ERP adoption.
- Ensure ERP workflows align with operational and management requirements.
- Support business process standardization and digital transformation initiatives.
ERP System Configuration & Testing
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal teams for system configuration.
- Ensure ERP modules are configured according to business requirements.
- Review and validate system functionality through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions before go-live.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, users, ERP vendors, and implementation partners.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
User Training & Change Management
- Develop and execute user training programs across departments.
- Support user adoption and change management initiatives.
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system utilization.
Reporting & Governance
- Track project performance using defined KPIs and milestones.
- Prepare management reports on project progress, risks, budgets, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP project management, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience managing full ERP implementation lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as:

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA, MCA, Master's in Information Technology, or Project Management certification will be an advantage.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, ERPNext, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Experience in manufacturing, textiles, packaging, engineering, or process industries preferred.
