About the Role
HR Export Private Limited is looking for an experienced Plant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at our plant. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in plant HR, workforce management, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and recruitment, preferably within FMCG, food processing, manufacturing or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant, ensuring smooth workforce and employee management.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and deployment for plant operations.
- Manage attendance, shifts, overtime, leave and workforce records.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Administration teams on manpower-related requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and day-to-day employee relations.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing, attendance inputs, overtime and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
- Maintain employee records, joining documents, personal files and HR MIS.
- Manage contract labour / temporary workforce, including documentation and coordination with contractors.
- Support statutory requirements related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare and other applicable compliances.
- Conduct employee engagement, induction and HR awareness activities at the plant.
- Monitor workforce discipline, absenteeism, attrition and productivity-related HR metrics.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for HR policies, manpower requirements and employee issues.
- Support audits, inspections and documentation related to HR and statutory compliance.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Plant HR / Factory HR / Manufacturing HR.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Rice, Manufacturing or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plant HR operations, labour compliance and workforce management.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, payroll, attendance, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities at a plant location.
- Candidates comfortable working at Alipur, Delhi are preferred.
