We are looking for a results-driven CRM & Lead Generation Executive responsible for managing customer relationships, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.)
- Research potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline
- Qualify leads based on business requirements
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and outreach strategies
2. CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot CRM)
- Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking
- Monitor customer interactions and follow-ups
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data
3. Communication & Follow-ups
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track lead conversion rates and campaign performance
- Provide insights to improve lead generation strategies
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Lead generation and prospecting skills
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and marketing
- Data management and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Lead Generation roles
- Experience in B2B sales or digital marketing

- CRM data accuracy
- Response time and follow-up efficiency
Tools & Platforms
- CRM Software: Zoho CRM, Salesforce CRM
- Lead Gen Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools
