Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects.
Convert leads into property sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer information and sales records.
