Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Nawanshahr, Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.
- Visit customers and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in field sales.
- Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Knowledge of local market and customer handling will be preferred.
