- Teach core Python concepts
- Train students in backend frameworks like Django and Django Rest Framework
- Cover frontend technologies such as HTML5, TailwindCSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React JS,API Integration
- Explain database integration using MySQL,
- Conduct both theoretical and hands-on coding sessions
2. Curriculum Development
- Design course modules based on industry standards
- Update training materials to match current tech trends
- Create lesson plans, assignments, and project guidelines
3. Practical Training & Projects
- Guide students in building real-time full stack projects
- Help with mini-projects and final capstone projects
- Introduce version control using Git and deployment practices
4. Student Mentoring & Support
- Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring
- Support students in problem-solving and debugging
5. Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare and conduct tests, quizzes, and coding assessments
- Evaluate assignments and projects
- Provide performance reports and improvement suggestions
6. Industry Preparation
- Train students for technical interviews (coding + theory)
- Conduct mock interviews and resume-building sessions
- Share knowledge about real-world development workflows
7. Technical Skills Expected
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with full stack development (frontend + backend)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services
- Knowledge of databases and ORM tools
- Understanding of deployment (Vercel,Render etc..)
8. Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Patience and ability to teach beginners
- Problem-solving and mentoring mindset
9. Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance and training records
- Coordinate with management and placement teams
- Prepare reports on batch performance
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
