Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and increasing product awareness in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly.
- Promote company products effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product sales in the assigned area.
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR) and tour reports on time.
- Organize CME, doctor meetings, and promotional activities when required.
- Ensure proper availability of products in the market.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Science preferred).
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales.
- Candidate should own a bike and valid driving license preferred.
