About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective customers and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Batools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
