Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled CCTV Technician / Maintenance Executive to handle the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate will ensure that all cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cables, power supplies, and monitoring systems are functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect and monitor all CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Check camera video quality, focus, angle, brightness, and night vision.
- Clean CCTV camera lenses and ensure clear visibility.
- Check and maintain DVR/NVR recording systems.
- Verify recording status, storage capacity, and hard-disk health.
- Inspect CCTV cables, connectors, switches, adapters, and power supplies.
- Identify and troubleshoot camera offline, no signal, poor-quality video, and recording issues.
- Check network connectivity and IP cameras.
- Ensure remote/mobile CCTV viewing is working properly.
- Conduct preventive and periodic CCTV maintenance.
- Replace faulty cameras, cables, connectors, SMPS, hard disks, and other components when required.
- Maintain a record of CCTV faults, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Coordinate with external CCTV service providers for major technical issues.
- Ensure proper CCTV coverage of important areas.
- Respond quickly to CCTV breakdowns and technical complaints.
- Follow company security and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP Cameras, and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN cables, connectors, switches, and power supplies.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and rectify CCTV connectivity and recording issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between company locations, if required.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant CCTV maintenance experience can also apply.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, or technical support preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
