Sales Executive – A. Fern’s Men’s Designer Studio
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend bespoke suits, shirts, tuxedos, and accessories.
- Take appointments and coordinate client fittings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the studio is well presented.
- Assist with billing, order tracking, and after sales service.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury fashion, or menswear (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
