Bilara Group is a growing Construction & Architecture Company specializing in residential projects. We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to join our team.
Job Summary
The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D architectural visualizations, interior and exterior renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D models and photorealistic renders for residential projects.
- Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on architectural drawings.
- Produce 3D walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to achieve project requirements.
- Apply materials, lighting, textures, and post-production techniques to enhance visual quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
Required Skills
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Lumion (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in residential projects.
