Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, product presentations, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in software sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Schedule and participate in product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote and market company products and services through online and offline channels.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Learn and understand Acube's software products and services in detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve product knowledge.
Qualifications
- MBA graduates, MBA students, and candidates who are yet to complete their degree/MBA may apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or software sales is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Kochi/Ernakulam are preferred.
