We are looking for a Relationship Advisor – Sales to handle customer inquiries, promote membership packages, follow up with prospects, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned leads promptly.
- Generate referrals from existing clients.
- Build a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Convert inquiries into paid memberships.
- Promote premium packages and value-added services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Understand client preferences and requirements.
- Explain matchmaking services effectively.
- Guide clients in selecting suitable packages.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with members.
- Address client concerns professionally.
- Encourage renewals and referrals.
- Update daily call and sales reports.
- Maintain customer records and profiles.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team environment.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
