Role: Lead Full-Stack EngineerThe Opportunity
We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer who can become the technical backbone of our new startup.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will help design and build the core technology that powers the platform. You will work closely with the founders to shape the system architecture, lead backend development, integrate AI capabilities, and manage the cloud infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture & Backend Development
- Architect and develop scalable backend systems using PHP and Laravel
- Build APIs and backend services for booking, payments, and platform automation
- Design and optimize MySQL databases for performance, scalability, and reliability
AI & Automation Integration
- Develop backend services and integrations
- Build intelligent automation systems to improve booking workflows and operational efficiency
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
- Manage and scale infrastructure on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Laravel Forge and GitHub Actions
- Oversee deployments, monitoring, and system performance optimization
Security & Reliability
- Ensure strong platform security practices
- Maintain system stability and uptime for critical services
- Monitor infrastructure and resolve technical issues proactively
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel
- Proficiency in Python for backend scripting and AI integrations
- Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced understanding of MySQL database design and optimization
- Experience integrating AI tools and automation systems
- Leadership mindset with the ability to remain hands-on with development
Education Requirements
B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline.
