Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities :
- CRM design & Modification for OUTBOUND
- Having knowledge of Outbound Routes
- Having knowledge of OUTBOUND TRUNKS
- Maintaining PRI (Primary Rate Interface).
- Maintaining SIP (Session Initiation Protocol).
- Having Knowledge of GSM Gateway configuration.
- Having knowledge of Data Uploading, data re-churning
- Having knowledge of Agent ID creation & Modifications of agents alignment
- Maintain Pacing parameters (preview/progressive/predictive) as per team 10. Workflow and reallocate resources for maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Maintained records of daily dialer downloads to ensure that the efficiency of the outbound calling is not affected.
- Analyzed the various calling strategies and then resolved any problems and suggestions.
- IVR (interactive voice response) design & Modification
- Upload & maintain Voice files for IVR (interactive voice response)
- Basics of Salesforce Administrator.
- Managing Customer Service, collections, Sales & Marketing Campaigns
- Maintain Dialer KPI (ACHT/ ATT/ ACW/Idle/Abandoned) to improve the process
- Understands and setup data communication using IP addresses, Broadband, Leased line
- Install, and uninstall Linux, Windows OS, Network tools, and other software applications.
- Good knowledge of Firewall
- Will be responsible for the system, hardware allocation, and configuration management,
- Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptops, Desktops & Printers, Installation, and configuration of the Windows Operating System
- Knowledge of Web Servers, Control Panels, Software, and Services such, as File sharing Server(s), etc.
