About the Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Digital Content Specialist who understands social media deeply and can create engaging content strategies for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, audience engagement, branding, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, create, and execute digital content strategies for social media platforms
✅ Research trending topics, viral formats, hashtags, and audience behavior
✅ Develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
✅ Coordinate with video editors, designers, and media teams for content production
✅ Write compelling captions, scripts, hooks, and promotional content
✅ Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies
✅ Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends
✅ Assist in brand campaigns, product promotions, and influencer collaborations
✅ Manage content calendars and posting schedules
✅ Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of social media platforms & content trends
✔ Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, LinkedIn growth strategies
✔ Creative thinking and storytelling ability
✔ Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and audience targeting
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment
