- Handle new student enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into admissions.
- Manage the inside sales process, including pitching courses, explaining offerings, and handling objections.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure high quality and professionalism in all communications.
