Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and network management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Job Description
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
- Support and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure regular backups are completed.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC activities.
- Support CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and biometric attendance devices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Implement and follow IT security policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in server maintenance, software upgrades, and IT projects.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up systems, email accounts, and required access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of cloud services and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience managing multiple office or site locations.
